FATAL MYSTERIOUS SICKNESS??

     A train is moving fast. Tracks are shaking. Breaks are squeaking. A big thud of a woman falling to the floor on the train, awakes a few passengers. A young woman named Mia along with her friend Niklas are awoken by the thud. As they both start to unravel themselves to what was a calm nap, they see people in panic, and hear frantic calls for a doctor. Mia being a med student, immediately took action. When Mia starts to attempt an emergency defibrillator on the women, more of the passengers start to drop as well. People are screaming so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Mia and her friend scared out of their mind that they will drop next... 

     It then takes us to Mia getting settled into her apartment, leaving the suspense from the scene prior. Mia is a med student at the prestigious Freiburg University. Mia has a very close connection with her professor Doctor Tanja Lorenz. During a flashback, we see that Mia once had a twin brother who was rushed into an operating room, and Dr. Lorenz was on call. Maybe that's why there is such a good connection with them both. Dr. Lorenz has a teaching assistant named Jasper, who looks to have the closest relationship with Dr. Lorenz. Mia seems to really want to get close to Jasper, because of her possible obsession with Dr. Lorenz. During one of the lectures in class, Dr. Lorenz describes how she thinks humans should be able to turn from creatures into creatures by using synthetic biology and altering human genes... which is insane. We come to find out that Jasper conducts experiments at a secret lab embedding in the woods that Dr. Lorenz knows all about... 

     Mia gets introduced to Jasper in the college library where she discovers a glow in the dark rat that Jasper rescued. College kids love to party right? It takes us to a party that Mia is attending with all of her college friends. One of the friends named Ole, gives his friends a droplet of a protein strand that is composed of what deep sea fish use to see in the dark. Little over hyped... they all end up getting very high and trip out. That then leads to Mia throwing up all over Jaspers shoes at the party. After she runs into Jasper and sobers up, she starts questioning him about Dr. Lorenz. At the end of the conversation Mia gets a chance to be one of Dr. Lorenz assistants. The very last part we start to see Mia creeping by Dr. Lorenz's house... there is definitely something messed up here. Does Mia have it out for Dr. Lorenz? Does this secret lab have something to do with the sickness? Is Dr. Lorenz doing test on people at the lab?
